Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential retail partners (e.g., Wings Group stores) to present Bank MAS unsecured loan products.
- Conduct needs assessments for small business owners and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into approved loan applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and local business communities.
- Educate clients on loan terms, repayment plans, and benefits of Bank MAS products.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth application processing and client onboarding.
- Track sales performance, report activities, and provide market feedback to management.
- Stay updated on microfinance trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or financial services (microfinance experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Badung region) and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Basic understanding of financial products, credit assessment, or banking operations is advantageous.
- Own motorcycle and valid driverâs license (for field visits).
