Responsibility

  • Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and engage potential microfinance clients, including small business owners and entrepreneurs, to expand the portfolio.
  • Financial Product Education: Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and benefits to clients in a clear and transparent manner.
  • Credit Assessment: Evaluate client eligibility by analyzing financial statements, business viability, and creditworthiness.
  • Loan Processing & Disbursement: Facilitate smooth loan approval and disbursement processes while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, financial advisory, and personalized service.
  • Portfolio Monitoring: Track loan repayment performance, address delinquencies, and implement recovery strategies when necessary.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on local economic trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to refine product recommendations.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare accurate reports on client interactions, loan disbursements, and portfolio health for management review.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or microfinance (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency (verbal and written) to engage with diverse clients.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to meet targets, persuade clients, and close deals in a competitive environment.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using banking software, CRM tools, and mobile applications for client management.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned regions (own motorcycle and valid driver’s license are a plus).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork abilities to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
