Join Mandiri Andalan Utama, a leading financial services provider in Indonesia, as a Micro Banking Relationship Officer and play a pivotal role in expanding our microfinance operations across Bali’s most vibrant regions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic professional to build lasting relationships with small business owners, entrepreneurs, and local communities while driving financial inclusion and business growth.

In this role, you will be based in one of our strategic locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—where you’ll engage directly with clients to understand their financial needs, offer tailored banking solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, leveraging your interpersonal skills and financial acumen to foster trust and loyalty among our micro-banking clients.

At Mandiri Andalan Utama, we value innovation, integrity, and collaboration. As a Micro Banking Relationship Officer, you’ll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of IDR 4,000,000 – IDR 4,200,000 per month, performance-based incentives, comprehensive health and employment benefits (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), and clear pathways for career advancement. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a tangible impact in their community while growing their professional career in the financial sector.

If you thrive in a client-facing role, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to contribute to the growth of micro-businesses in Bali, we invite you to apply and become part of our mission to empower local economies through accessible financial services.
