Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed branch loan booking targets through proactive client acquisition and relationship management.
- Evaluate loan applications by assessing creditworthiness, financial stability, and risk factors of micro and small business clients.
- Manage and monitor the loan portfolio to ensure compliance with bank policies and minimize delinquency rates.
- Provide personalized financial advice and product recommendations to clients based on their business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., underwriting, legal) to streamline loan processing and approval workflows.
- Conduct field visits and market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client requirements.

Qualifications
