Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for corporate and MICE clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and ensure seamless execution of travel and event logistics.
- Liaise with vendors, hotels, and service providers to negotiate contracts and secure competitive rates for clients.
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track travel expenses, ensuring compliance with client budgets and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
- Assist in the planning and execution of MICE events, including venue selection, catering, and on-site coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in travel operations, event management, or a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
