Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as per hotel standards.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness requirements before guest arrival.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, folding, and distributing clean linens.
- Respond to guest requests for additional services or supplies in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
