Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure all areas of the camp are maintained to the highest standards.
- Assist the Camp Boss in managing laundry services, including sorting, washing, drying, and distributing clean linens and uniforms.
- Inspect rooms and common areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote professional growth and maintain service excellence.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective usage.
- Address and resolve guest or resident complaints related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and enforce housekeeping policies, procedures, and safety protocols to create a secure and hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance requests and ensure seamless operations across the camp.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to interact with staff, guests, and management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping, reporting, and inventory management.
