Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics for MICE events, including venue bookings, vendor negotiations, and on-site execution.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and client presentations.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event planning and delivery.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain corporate clients for MICE services.
- Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, client communications, and post-event reports for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the MICE industry.
- Support the team in resolving any operational or client-related issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MICE operations, event coordination, or sales support, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for the MICE industry and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
