Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage logistics for training programs, including scheduling, venue bookings, and participant communications.
- Maintain accurate records of training materials, attendance, and feedback to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Assist in the development and distribution of training-related documents, such as manuals, presentations, and evaluation forms.
- Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and trainers to ensure seamless execution of learning initiatives.
- Monitor training budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports for management review.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Assist in organizing virtual and in-person training sessions, including technical setup and participant support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in training, learning operations, or HR support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and documentation.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Prior experience in a contract or temporary role is advantageous but not required.
