Responsibility
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, visitor logs, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
- Assist with student enrollment processes, including data entry, document verification, and follow-ups.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports as needed.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Uphold the school’s policies and procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar administrative role (experience in an educational setting is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Customer-service oriented with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
