As the Metal Finishing Maintenance Section Head, you will oversee the maintenance and optimization of metal finishing processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. Responsibility
- Lead and manage the maintenance team responsible for metal finishing processes, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in metal finishing operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
- Manage budget and resources for maintenance activities, including spare parts inventory and vendor relationships.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Drive innovation in maintenance practices to support the company's goals of process excellence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong technical expertise in metal finishing processes, including electroplating, anodizing, and chemical etching.
- Proven track record of implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Experience with maintenance management software (CMMS) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and mentoring staff.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
