Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants, UMKM, and retail businesses in Bali to adopt EDC payment solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate the benefits of digital payment systems and address merchant concerns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EDC machine installations and activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the internal team to resolve merchant issues and provide post-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new features of EDC systems to effectively pitch solutions.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including merchant onboarding data and performance metrics.
- Participate in local business events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the merchant base.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or canvassing, preferably in fintech or payment solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape, including UMKM, retail, and hospitality sectors, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of EDC machines, digital payments, or financial technology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a bonus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and possess a valid driver’s license (motorcycle/car).
