Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants (SMEs/UMKMs) to onboard them for EDC machine installations.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential business areas and merchant segments in Bali.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of EDC machines to merchants, addressing their concerns and objections.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant acquisitions and EDC activations.
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of EDC machines for new merchants.
- Provide post-sales support to merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital payment innovations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions, EDC machines, or financial technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet potential merchants and attend business events.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
