Responsibility
- Identify and target potential merchants in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to acquire new EDC machine installations.
- Conduct market research to understand merchant needs and tailor solutions to drive adoption of BukuWarungâs digital payment systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EDC machine acquisitions and activations.
- Provide training and support to merchants on the use of EDC machines and BukuWarungâs digital tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues and improve product offerings.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting digital payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse merchant profiles.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with EDC machines, digital payments, or financial technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali to meet merchants and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
