Responsibility
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the assigned regions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement growth initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations on market trends, competitor activities, and business performance.
- Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and participating in business meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
- Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
