Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants in Bali to adopt BukuWarung’s EDC and digital payment solutions.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our platform.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant acquisition and EDC activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions.
- Gather market feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Provide training and onboarding support to new merchants to ensure smooth adoption.
- Track and report sales performance, merchant feedback, and competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Familiarity with EDC machines, digital payments, or financial technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
