We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Canvassing / Merchant Success Executive to acquire new merchants and drive the adoption of our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) solutions. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in onboarding merchants, educating them on our products, and ensuring seamless integration of our EDC systems. Your efforts will directly impact the growth of small and medium businesses in Bali’s thriving commercial hubs, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) to expand BukuWarung’s EDC network.
- Conduct on-field canvassing to engage potential merchants, pitch EDC solutions, and close deals.
- Educate merchants on the benefits of BukuWarung’s digital payment systems and provide product demonstrations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new merchants, including documentation, training, and activation of EDC terminals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for merchant acquisition and EDC activations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the internal team to report market feedback, competitor insights, and merchant needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, fintech innovations, and BukuWarung’s product offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, canvassing, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with merchants.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Familiarity with EDC machines, digital payments, or financial technology is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and work flexible hours.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to use a motorbike for fieldwork.
