Join BukuWarung as a Merchant Success Executive (EDC Sales Acquisition) in Bali!
BukuWarung, a leading fintech platform empowering micro and small businesses in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Merchant Success Executive (EDC Sales Acquisition) to join our growing team in Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our merchant network by acquiring new EDC (Electronic Data Capture) partners, driving adoption of our digital payment solutions, and ensuring merchant satisfaction.

Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants for EDC machine installations, focusing on high-potential businesses in Bali.
- Conduct market research to understand local merchant needs and tailor BukuWarung’s solutions accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EDC acquisitions and activations.
- Educate merchants on the benefits of BukuWarung’s digital payment solutions and other fintech products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues and improve service delivery.
- Track and report sales performance, merchant feedback, and market trends to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting digital payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse merchant profiles.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with EDC machines, digital payments, and fintech products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali to meet merchants and attend industry events.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
