Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants in Bali to adopt BukuWarungâs EDC and digital payment solutions.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EDC terminal acquisitions and activations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotions.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to improve product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and merchant feedback using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, canvassing, or merchant acquisition, preferably in fintech, banking, or payment solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a field-based role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with EDC terminals, digital payments, or financial technology is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driverâs license and willingness to use a motorbike for fieldwork.
