Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive bancassurance product sales.
- Provide expert financial advice and tailored insurance solutions to bank customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for bank staff to enhance their understanding of insurance products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for bancassurance products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of bancassurance products and financial planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
