Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants in Bali to adopt BukuWarungâs EDC solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand local business needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for EDC machine acquisitions and activations.
- Provide training and support to merchants on using BukuWarungâs digital payment solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local campaigns to boost merchant sign-ups.
- Track and report sales performance, merchant feedback, and market trends to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and fintech innovations to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions sector.
- Strong understanding of EDC machines, digital payments, and financial technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with Baliâs business landscape and local merchant networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet merchants and attend industry events.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
