Responsibility
- Conduct outbound tele-sales calls to engage SME merchants and promote our digital banking platform.
- Educate merchants on the benefits of digital financial solutions, including payment processing, lending, and cash flow management.
- Onboard new merchants onto the platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by converting leads into active platform users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather merchant feedback and improve platform features.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
- Document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services, preferably in SME or digital banking.
- Proven track record in tele-sales, customer acquisition, or relationship management.
- Strong understanding of SME banking products, digital payments, and fintech solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in the Bali market or with SME clients is advantageous.
