Responsibility
- Conduct daily cash collection rounds from designated kiosks, ATMs, and other automated machines in assigned areas.
- Verify and reconcile cash amounts against system records to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Securely transport collected cash to designated processing centers or bank branches using company-provided vehicles or approved logistics.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of all collections, including timestamps, amounts, and any irregularities encountered.
- Adhere to strict security protocols, including the use of tamper-evident bags, GPS tracking, and real-time communication with the central office.
- Inspect collection machines for functionality and report any technical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and machine operators, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues on-site.
- Comply with all company policies, local regulations, and industry standards related to cash handling and transportation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cash handling, banking, or a related field (preferably in a field collection or armored transport role).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or finance are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (motorcycle or car, depending on assignment).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to lift and carry cash bags weighing up to 20 kg.
- Proficiency in using handheld devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones) for logging and reporting.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, as required by operational needs.
