Responsibility
- Oversee daily cash management and armored transport operations, ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational targets and service excellence.
- Implement and monitor risk management policies to mitigate losses and enhance safety in all transactions.
- Collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to streamline service delivery and resolve escalations.
- Optimize route planning and logistics for armored vehicles to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to maintain operational integrity and service quality.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand service offerings and client base in the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cash management, armored transport, or banking operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in team management, operational efficiency, and compliance within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and financial regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stakes situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and financial software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
