Responsibility
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wealth Portfolio Specialists to achieve and exceed sales targets in a tele-consulting model.
- Drive individual and team performance through strategic planning, goal-setting, and performance tracking.
- Develop and implement client acquisition and retention strategies to grow the wealth management portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all wealth management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities in consumer financial services.
- Provide high-level financial advisory to high-net-worth clients, ensuring personalized and impactful solutions.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams in financial services.
- Strong understanding of consumer financial products, investment strategies, and portfolio management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to analyze financial data, market trends, and client needs to deliver strategic insights.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in wealth management.
- Tech-savvy with experience in digital banking tools, CRM systems, and tele-consulting platforms.
