Responsibility
- Engage with customers to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable bancassurance products.
- Promote and sell life insurance solutions to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with branch teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in compliance with bank policies.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve sales techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking, insurance, or sales, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Knowledge of bancassurance products and financial planning is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using banking software and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Kedah and Penang as required.
