Responsibility
- Maintain and update financial and charge-out data within internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze pricing models and accounts receivable data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to validate data integrity and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Develop and generate reports to support business decision-making and financial forecasting.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
- Assist in the implementation of data management best practices and process improvements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize pricing strategies and financial performance.
- Support audits and compliance activities by providing accurate and well-documented financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial data analysis, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
