Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Aldon and other DevOps tools to accelerate software delivery.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of banking applications in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of financial services applications.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to minimize downtime.
- Enforce security best practices, compliance standards, and data protection protocols in alignment with banking regulations.
- Optimize infrastructure costs and resource utilization through efficient cloud management and containerization.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Stay updated with emerging DevOps trends and tools to drive continuous improvement in deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong expertise in Aldon, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and logging frameworks.
- Familiarity with financial industry regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, SOX) and security compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Certifications in DevOps (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps, Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
