Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, credit risk, or financial services.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in collections software and Microsoft Office Suite.
