Responsibility
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to meet customers' banking needs.
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets through effective cross-selling of products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct financial assessments to recommend suitable products and services.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to banking regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance branch performance and customer experience.
- Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in community engagement and promotional activities to expand the bank's customer base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in using banking software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
