Responsibility
- Lead and manage regional operations across Bali, ensuring the achievement of business targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand Amartha’s microfinance services in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other key areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government, financial institutions, and community leaders.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of regional staff and field agents.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all regional operations.
- Drive financial literacy programs and community engagement initiatives to promote economic empowerment.
- Prepare regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing teams in a regional setting.
- Strong understanding of financial inclusion, microfinance, and regulatory frameworks in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to dynamic environments, and solve complex problems.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bali and other regions as needed.
