Responsibility
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting for banking clients, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance metrics.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze key financial indicators (KPIs) to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by performing regular reconciliations and validations.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and compliance audits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in banking and financial services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a similar role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with financial software and tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and collaboration with global teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and financial reporting standards is a bonus.
