Responsibility
- Acquire new merchants and expand AmBank's merchant portfolio in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and business opportunities.
- Provide tailored financial solutions and products to meet merchants' business needs.
- Monitor and analyze merchant performance to enhance lifetime value and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for merchants.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the financial or banking sector.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing merchant or client portfolios.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
