Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Indosat telecom products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of telecom products and services.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
