Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property management and real estate sectors, including developers, property owners, and JMBs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships and client retention.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, pitches, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to expand the company’s portfolio and revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices to mitigate risks.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and KPIs to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or property management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian real estate market, including JMB operations and property laws, is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
