We are expanding our team in Bali and seeking a dynamic Merchant Acquisition Specialist to drive EDC (Electronic Data Capture) merchant partnerships across key locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new merchants for EDC payment solutions in assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential merchant opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of EDC services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new merchants.
- Provide excellent customer service and address merchant inquiries promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with EDC or payment solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
