Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and onboard new pet shops, groomers, and pet-related businesses across Bali to join the PAWGET network.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets.
- Conduct in-person visits to potential merchants, presenting PAWGET’s value proposition and negotiating partnership terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pitches and promotional materials tailored to local businesses.
- Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions, follow-ups, and contract signings in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team on market trends, competitor activities, and merchant needs to refine our acquisition strategy.
- Represent PAWGET at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new merchants, coordinating with internal teams to activate their accounts and provide training.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or pet industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with business owners.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a hunger to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and local pet retail market is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and travel within Bali as needed.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and sales pipelines.
- Passion for pets and the pet industry is highly desirable!
