Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales in assigned retail locations.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring product availability and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with retail partners to negotiate shelf space, promotions, and in-store displays.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, product placement, and competitor activities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to recommend improvements in product assortment and placement.
- Train and guide retail staff on product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising techniques.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on merchandising activities, sales performance, and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines and retail partner agreements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or sales, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with retail partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and merchandising software/tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
