Responsibility
- Ensure all product displays are visually appealing, clean, and comply with company branding guidelines.
- Execute daily stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels on the sales floor.
- Monitor product expiry dates and implement first-in-first-out (FIFO) inventory management.
- Conduct regular sales analysis to identify stock velocity and report inventory gaps to management.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with store managers and floor staff to ensure priority placement.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival and accurate recording of new stock shipments.
- Implement promotional signage and shelf-talkers to highlight special offers and new product launches.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent vocational certification in Retail or Business.
- Prior experience in retail merchandising or stock management is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid motorcycle license and your own transport for site visits.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with retail partners.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for visual detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in basic math for inventory counting and reporting.
