Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate on-site MEP installations, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols, local regulations, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment while managing budgets and resource allocation.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies and troubleshoot MEP system issues during and post-installation.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in MEP supervision and site management.
- Liaise with clients and consultants to address concerns and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and Indonesian construction regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
- Certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., K3) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; familiarity with Bali’s construction landscape is advantageous.
