Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installation activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to project plans.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure all MEP systems are tested and commissioned according to industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including change orders and project modifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to on-site teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP coordination or construction site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and industry standards.
- Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations in Indonesia.
