Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of Revit modelers to produce high-quality MEP models for construction projects.
- Ensure all models adhere to industry standards, project specifications, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Review and validate MEP models for accuracy, clash detection, and constructability.
- Develop and implement best practices for Revit modeling to improve efficiency and quality.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Coordinate with project managers to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP Revit modeling, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certification in BIM or Revit is a plus.
