Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of solar energy construction projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct site assessments to determine feasibility, optimal system placement, and energy yield potential.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for solar PV systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, electricians, and local authorities, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Perform quality control inspections and troubleshoot system performance issues.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and timelines to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar energy construction, renewable energy projects, or electrical engineering.
- Proven track record of managing solar PV installations, including grid-tied and off-grid systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, or similar design software for solar system modeling.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and local regulations in Indonesia (or adaptability to learn).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali, including Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua.
