Responsibility
- Develop detailed structural drawings and models using Revit and other CAD software.
- Prepare and submit authority drawings and documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and consistency in design outputs.
- Review and update existing drawings to reflect design changes and project requirements.
- Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior drafters and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CAD and BIM technologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or BIM Technician, preferably in the civil or structural engineering sector.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other CAD software.
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes and authority submission processes is a plus.
