Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a BIM team at the project level, providing technical support and guidance on BIM software and workflows
- Develop, implement, and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for assigned projects to ensure compliance with company and client standards
- Create, manage, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Coordinate clash detection and resolution between architectural, structural, and MEP models to minimize on-site conflicts
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Generate construction documentation, shop drawings, and as-built models from BIM data
- Ensure model accuracy and integrity throughout the project lifecycle, from design through construction to handover
- Train and support project teams on BIM processes, tools, and best practices
- Stay current with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and coordination
- Experience with clash detection and resolution methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with the ability to present technical information clearly
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, buildingSMART) is highly desirable
- Experience working on international projects or in Southeast Asia is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
