Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management, from initial concept and feasibility studies to design, implementation, and handover.
- Develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Utilize advanced engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM) to create precise models and simulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software, project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with local and international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, or Eurocodes).
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
