Responsibility
- Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to align project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve project-related challenges.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or site development.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in the Northern region as required.
