Responsibility
- Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems for luxury properties in Ubud and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP components with overall project designs.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for MEP-related works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities and utility providers to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during and after installation.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Ensure all MEP works adhere to sustainability best practices and energy-efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering MEP projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and international MEP standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, IPC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Ubud, Bali or commute as required.
