Join Berca Hardayaperkasa as an MEP Project Coordinator and take the lead in managing the full project lifecycle for medium to complex construction projects across Bali’s most dynamic locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems from initiation to closing, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to timelines, and compliance with industry standards. Responsibility
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle for MEP systems, from planning and design to execution and closing.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for MEP components.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for MEP installations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality, adherence to specifications, and resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment, optimizing cost and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP project coordination or construction management, preferably in high-rise or commercial projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, local building codes, and construction best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in English and Indonesian.
- PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
