Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PABX (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) and telecommunication systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Proven experience in MEP and PABX system maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus.
